NV is a serious raiding guild. At least this is what most people see from the outside.
The truth is that even though we take raiding seriously, it is also something we do to get together and have fun. We are a guild full of people that like to play WoW in a fun, low-stress environment and can balance that with the drive and hard work required to successfully raid.
